1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Potted & Proud (“we,” “our,” “the store”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Potted & Proud is an independently operated online store based in the United States.
2. Products
All products are print-on-demand items produced by third-party fulfillment partners. Products are made to order when you place your purchase.
Product images are mockups; actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor and garment dye lot.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.
Potted & Proud is a brand of Accretion Creations LLC, our parent company. Payments are processed by Accretion Creations LLC, and charges will appear as “Accretion Creations” on your card or bank statement.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are sent to our print partner for production after payment clears. Production typically takes 2–7 business days; shipping adds 3–7 business days for US orders. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

5. Returns and Refunds
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. We will reprint or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs sold on Potted & Proud are original works owned by Potted & Proud or licensed for commercial use. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs is prohibited.
Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the physical item. It does not transfer the underlying design copyright.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the site’s operation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “as is.” We make no warranty that products will meet every expectation or that delivery will be free of delay. Our maximum liability for any claim is the purchase price of the affected item.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potted & Proud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.
